Incomes fail to keep pace with inflation, but new census survey suggests poverty rate declining (North County Times) free personality survey

NORTH COUNTY — Incomes have been creeping up in northern San Diego and southern Riverside counties in recent years, and proportionately fewer area residents are living in poverty than they did in 1999, according to results of a U.S. Census Bureau survey released Tuesday.
